REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns or refund requests for loc extensions, bulk human hair, crochet needles, classes, or services. We do not offer exchanges or credits. 

If you need to make changes to an existing order of loc extensions that has not been shipped, please contact us at WICKKIDRVA@gmail.com within 48 hours of submitting your payment.  Please note that we do not accept or honor requests for changes beyond the 48 hour window.  Additional fees may apply depending on the changes made to your order.  

In the event of an appointment cancelation on MY end, we will refund your service deposit. Please note that we are not liable for any fees incurred by LYFT OR ANY OTHER TRANSPORTATION
